Manila, the capital of the Philippines, has two garbage accumulation areas, Payatas and Smoky Mountain, where the poorest people live. The non-profit organization Creative Image Foundation (CIF) was founded in 2000 for the first purpose to provide children with opportunities to educate and blossom their talent. Schools that can be used for free in both areas have been created, and the number of graduated students has reached about 5,000. In addition to regular education, workshops such as singing and dancing have been actively created to create an environment where children can recognize and develop their own talents.
